Terms of Useage of any and all Excellfast materials.

You must read and agree with all of the following or abandon this site and MAKE NO PURCHASE FROM EXCELLFAST. Your participation indicates that you agree to hold Excellfast harmless in all your development or contracting business work. Excellfast is only a paid advisor, as you choose.

When you purchase service from Excellfast, you will have agreed that you will adhere to any and all statements contained herein.

For Land Developers:

Neither Excellfast, nor any employees or management personnel are responsible for locating or utilizing any of the consultants (any person or agency that provides you with a service in your business) listed in the book, 'Quick Guide to Developing Your Property'.
All materials, written, electronic or spoken by Excellfast or it's employees are the property of Excellfast. Once you have paid for the program, you will automatically be authorized to use and reproduce all delivered materials FOR YOUR OWN USE.
Consultation is advice only and is generally presented via email. You alone are responsible for your investments, purchases, decisions.
Consultation, as a part of the Program service is tracked by the quarter hour and is completed in email format only. In other words, Every two emails and their associated research and response is counted as a quarter hour. The program provides FOUR quarter hours per calendar quarter, hence eight emails and responses per quarter. Any additional consultation will be tracked in the same way and billed bi-weekly. Immediate payment is required to keep the work agreement in place.
You will receive a one-time, $20.00 credit for every new paying client that you bring to Excellfast.
Excellfast, Inc. is neither a legal nor real estate service nor an accounting, estimating or tax service.
Excellfast acts a your personal advisor. Your decisions and actions are yours alone.
Additional consulting hours will be billed at $79.00/ hour.
Your book is an e-book in PDF format. You are free to print it as desired or simply load it onto your computer and keep it handy always as a reference. Our consulting is subject to the execution the Excellfast work areement with you to clarify terms and conditions.
The work provided by Excellfast is never the final word.
All paperwork and phone service provided by Excellfast is designed to be an aid only to your company and in no way provides legal, tax or official State or Municipal services.
You must agree and accept that it is understood that you are the final authority on any and all written or oral statements even if said documents are issued on behalf of my company by Excellfast.

For Contractors:

The $95.00 rate is introductory only. The rate structure described below goes into effect after the first month is finished and when you decide to continue using the Excellfast constractor service.

Our fees are based on the total value of the Change Order (.5%) or Payment Application $5/$10,000 of the net billing amount. If you need to submit a Change Order in the amount of $5,000.00, we will prepare the document and email it to you for signature for $25. If you have a contract for $50,000 and completed half of the work this month, we will prepare your payment application of $25,000 minus retention of $2,500 equaling a net billing to your client of $22,500. Our fee for preparing that document will be $112.50. This is a TINY portion of your net receipts! And you have none of the obligations normally relating to an employee (tax burden, vacation, sick days, retirement, etc). Compare this cost to the thousands of dollars cash flow you miss when you don't submit that paperwork! Our service is much cheaper than the cost of an employee to you and you can start and stop our service any time. Think of the money you miss when you forget to submit your payment applications!

You provide the data to us and we prepare your pay application (we will deliver a proof copy to you via email within 48 hours) (on our forms; application, schedule of values, lien releases, cover letter, fax cover; are all ready for your signature). Up to one full page schedule of values, one two pages for change orders and two pages for letters. We will send you a PDF formatted file, fax or hard copy via US Post (your choice). You approve it, sign it and have it notarized and deliver it to the appropriate party. Your involvement is critical to this process, but we will work with the as much as you need to help you make sure it all happens. We can prepare your change orders and write letters for you also as we work by the hour doing this and other office work for you as you wish.
You must protect your own rights to file a lien in most states by submitting notice to the owner that your work has commenced.
Neither Excellfast nor any employees or manangement personnel make any claims as to your future success in either contracting, subcontracting or development.
There are no guarantees associated with this program, nor the contents of any printed or electronic materials distributed with 'the program' or website.
Your participation in the construction of your project falls under the jurisdiction of your State and local ordinances and laws. It is your responsibility to engage and utliize any and all required, certified and licensed agents for your work.
